The hotel has rooms that are excellent, especially the Junior Suite, and the room service staff are incredibly kind. However, the view from higher floors is obstructed, and the hotel's service could be more consistent. Despite these issues, the hotel provides great value for the price.

The hotel has its ups and downs. While the location is excellent, within walking distance to Platinum Mall and food stalls, some aspects like the cramped feeling and small pool may not suit everyone. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome, but the hurried breakfast service left a bit to desire.

The hotel room, though spacious and well-kept by friendly housekeeping staff, had an unpleasant smell possibly due to drainage issues. The Hindi entertainment channels were a plus, but the odor was a letdown.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel on the 73rd floor, also known as the 'Space Zone. ' The panoramic view of Bangkok was breathtaking, and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The hotel offers everything you need within reach, including sky bars, cafes, and more. However, the rooms could use better ventilation as they don't always smell fresh.
