Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet thanks to the service provided by Suspansa and Krissna. However, there were some issues like the outdated TV and unreliable WiFi. The golf drive was also unavailable during most of our stay. On the downside, the hotel seemed rushed and cramped at times, with extra charges for basic amenities like an extra bed for the child.
The hotel offers the ultimate in comfort and serenity in tidy and clean rooms with a great view. The service is extremely co-operative and welcoming, serving great value for money options. The location is good for most requirements but can be challenging for drivers due to narrow roads. The dining experience is excellent with a wide variety of high-quality choices. The facilities are top-notch, catering to all needs.
The hotel rooms are quite big and very comfortable for a family with a toddler, boasting a great view. However, the cleanliness was not up to par for a 4-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were worse than a 1-star hotel room, with carpets that sank under my feet, giving an overall aged feel. The stench of sewage coming from the vents was unbearable, although the room itself was quite spacious and in need of an update.
The hotel has some drawbacks, like the weird smell in the rooms and the lackluster room decor, but it’s not all bad. The location is convenient for shopping, and the dining experience, while not exceptional, offers a decent buffet breakfast. The hotel staff can be difficult to communicate with, but their efforts to assist guests are commendable.
The hotel has rooms that are excellent, especially the Junior Suite, and the room service staff are incredibly kind. However, the view from higher floors is obstructed, and the hotel's service could be more consistent. Despite these issues, the hotel provides great value for the price.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the location is excellent, within walking distance to Platinum Mall and food stalls, some aspects like the cramped feeling and small pool may not suit everyone. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome, but the hurried breakfast service left a bit to desire.
The hotel room, though spacious and well-kept by friendly housekeeping staff, had an unpleasant smell possibly due to drainage issues. The Hindi entertainment channels were a plus, but the odor was a letdown.
The hotel is huge but somewhat gloomy and not very clean, with certain smells lingering. It's convenient for sleeping but could use renovations. The service is polite but had issues with taxi charges and airport transfers. The location is excellent for shopping but lacks nightlife options. The dining experience offers a great variety but can feel more like a heavy brunch at times.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a wonderful view, but there was a foul smell that seemed related to a drainage issue, though the room service tried to resolve it. Unfortunately, there were no electric plugs near the beds. On the bright side, there are Hindi channels for entertainment at night.
The hotel has some drawbacks like dated rooms and lack of ventilation causing slight odors, but they are functional overall. The service is decent but can be more friendly. The location is convenient for the night market below the hotel but may get crowded. The dining options are varied, though some items could be better. The facilities are adequate.
The hotel is in a good location, near the City line train to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated, and the view is obstructed by external advertisements on the windows. The service is friendly and accommodating, with some room for improvement. The dining experience is decent but could use more variety in the menu. Some facilities like the swimming pool have room for enhancement.
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, but there were issues with the TV and limited international channels. The hotel's wifi was unreliable, and the golf drive service wasn't available for most of our visit. On the downside, the hotel staff seemed disorganized and not always helpful, with some being rude. The location was convenient, close to the airport rail train, but there were some unpleasant alleys nearby and limited dining options. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
The hotel was like an apartment, very big for the two of us, and felt it hadn't been aired in a long time. It was cleaned with all the amenities, but had carpet burns and was definitely rough around the edges. The staff was kind of distracted and not always as helpful, and the location was great, pretty much close to the center, with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was okay, nothing extraordinary. Overall, a mixed experience with some good and some not-so-good aspects.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel on the 73rd floor, also known as the 'Space Zone. ' The panoramic view of Bangkok was breathtaking, and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The hotel offers everything you need within reach, including sky bars, cafes, and more. However, the rooms could use better ventilation as they don't always smell fresh.
